We are currently interviewing for the open Counter Manager in our Grand Central terminal location. The Counter Manager is responsible for all front-of-the-house (FOH) functions on an opening, mid- or closing shift, including guest relations, supervision of all FOH staff and staffing levels, housekeeping, and set-up, food & beverage quality, safety and pace. The Manager ensures that the shift is run in a smooth manner and attends to any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise. The Manager is responsible for staffing, scheduling, financial goals and staff development of the assigned work group.


Our restaurants are currently hiring Dishwashers, Line Cooks and other Back of the House positions for both restaurant locations. Serious inquiries only, previous restaurant experience plus.

We are always looking for career oriented Hibachi Chefs who can combine cooking talent with a great personality/sense of humor and fun and bring that to our Family Friendly, upscale Hibachi Restaurant concept. Our small teams of Hibachi Chefs are always looking for a few great team players.


We also have positions open in our Corporate Catering division. Employees of the Corporate Catering division will be taught to roll Sushi Rolls offsite at some of the many corporate cafeterias we service throughout Long Island and NYC. A clean drivers liscense, great work ethic and team player mentality are qualities we look for in our corporate catering division. Hours are Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
